Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) blends the power of medicine with the safety and depth of therapy. It’s a supportive process that opens up access to parts of the mind, body, and spirit that can be hard to reach through talk therapy alone. If you’ve been feeling stuck, burned out, disconnected, or like you’ve “tried everything,” KAP offers a different path forward.

I partner with local medical providers to ensure the safest and most aligned treatment, while I hold the therapeutic space before, during, and after your ketamine journeys.

Research shows that at least 6 KAP sessions are needed to see lasting results. KAP has been shown to help:
Relentless thoughts of suicide
Depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma
High-functioning autism and ADHD
Postpartum depression or identity shifts
Burnout, overwhelm, or chronic disconnection
Existential or spiritual distress
Nervous system dysregulation
Feeling stuck in old patterns, even after years of therapy

This process isn’t about fixing you—it’s about helping you reconnect with the parts of you that already know how to heal.

What to Expect

We’ll walk through this in phases, always at your pace:

Intake Session (90 min, may be billable to insurance)
We’ll explore your history, goals, and assess fit for KAP.

Preparation Sessions (45–60 min, insurance may be billable)
We’ll set your intention, create grounding rituals, and prepare your body and mind for the medicine space.

KAP Sessions (2–3 hours, cash only)
These are extended sessions where you’ll journey with ketamine in a calm, supportive space. I’m with you the entire time, gently guiding and witnessing whatever comes up.

Integration Session (60 min, insurance may be billable)
We’ll make meaning of the experience, reflect, and support lasting change.

Follow up Session (60 minutes, insurance may be billable)
Discuss next steps including continuing the work or including other forms of treatment such as EMDR.

KAP is for those ready to explore deep healing, from the inside out.
