Intake Assessment

A comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessment to explore your history, goals, and present-day experiences.
This session lays the foundation for our work together and includes personalized recommendations or referrals as needed. Includes assessments, treatment planning and diagnostics.

Individual Therapy

$180 per 60 minutes
Used for personal growth, self-exploration, emotional regulation, and general support.

Relational Healing Therapy

$225 for 60 minutes
$280 for 75 minutes
Immersive sessions for conscious partnership work, family repair, and navigating complex relational dynamics

LifeStyle Coaching & Spiritual Ritual Support

$75 per hour

Coaching differs as it does not require a treatment plan or assessments and can be as often or far apart as desired. Coaching is a private-pay service and cannot be billed through insurance and is not a replacement for therapy.

Intensives

Cancellation Policy
I understand that life can be unpredictable, and schedules sometimes change. I’m happy to be as flexible as possible. Since your appointment time is reserved just for you, I ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This gives me the opportunity to offer the time to another client. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the full session fee to account for the unfilled time.

Effective January 1, 2022 under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, a ruling went into effect called the "No Surprises Act" which requires practitioners to provide a "Good Faith Estimate" about out-of-network care. I never want the cost of therapy sessions to be a surprise. I will provide all fees up front so that you can make the best decisions based on your needs and circumstances. I will collaborate with you on length of treatment, overall care and costs associated with those specific services.
