My services reflect my extensive trainings, education and experience in systems therapy, trauma-informed care, and specialized modalities like EMDR, KAP and sex-informed therapy. I’m committed to guiding you through deep, lasting transformation. I offer therapy services in Arizona only.

f using insurance, session rates may vary. I will review estimated cost with you before our first appointment but it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to confirm with insurance. Occasionally, cash pay rates are more affordable in which you may choose to opt out of using insurance.

Intake Assessment
$200 90 minutes

A comprehensive bio-psycho-social assessment to explore your history, goals, and present-day experiences. This session lays the foundation for our work together and includes personalized recommendations or referrals as needed. Below are services options to choose from.

Individual Therapy

$170 per 60 minutes
Personal Growth & Integration
Support for emotional regulation, self-exploration, conscious growth, and spiritual connection. Includes optional between-session practices and reflective tools.

$220 per 90 minutes

Deep Dive Processing
Recommended for complex trauma, life transitions, EMDR, or KAP preparation. Extra time allows for deeper integration, body-based work, and expanded states exploration.

Couples/ Family Therapy

$220 per 60 minutes
Tune-Ups & Check-Ins
Focused sessions for communication, connection, and co-regulation. Ideal for maintenance, quick relational repairs, or navigating changes together.

$270 per 90 minutes
Deep Dive: Relational Healing
Immersive sessions for conscious partnership work, family repair, or navigating nontraditional relationships. Evidence shows 80 minutes is most effective in supporting breakthroughs and lasting change.

KAP Integration Sessions

$325 per session

Each KAP session is a 2.5-hour immersive experience. Three hours are reserved for the process. Travel fees are waived.

I offer a 10% discount for first responders, students, and fellow mental health professionals—your care matters, too.

KAP includes more than just the medicine: Intake, preparation, and integration sessions (60–90 minutes) are billed separately and may be covered by insurance. These sessions are essential in helping you feel safe, supported, and grounded before and after each journey.

Because of their depth and duration, KAP integration sessions are not covered by insurance and are private pay.

A full course typically includes 6 sessions over 3 weeks, totaling around 15 hours of direct support designed to accelerate healing and reconnect you to your inner clarity.

Therapy Intensives

$650 per 3 hour intensive

Deep, focused healing—without the wait.

Designed for individuals, couples, or families who want to dive deeper, faster.

These 3 hour sessions offer extended time to explore core patterns, break through emotional roadblocks, and create momentum for lasting change. Sometimes therapy ends right when we start getting into it. This allows us to make long lasting breakthroughs.

Whether you're navigating a crisis, preparing for a life transition, or simply ready for accelerated growth, intensives offer a powerful reset.

Ideal for relational crisis, clients who travel or those seeking to make an immediate impact without weeks of therapy.

Interpersonal & Spiritual Coaching

$60 per 30 minutes / $120 per 60 minutes
Coaching is not a replacement for therapy.
Coaching differs as it does not require a treatment plan or assessments and can be as often or far apart as desired.
Coaching is a private-pay service and cannot be billed through insurance.

Cancellation PolicyI understand that life can be unpredictable, and schedules sometimes change. I’m happy to be as flexible as possible. Since your appointment time is reserved just for you, I ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to reschedule or cancel. This gives me the opportunity to offer the time to another client. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the full session fee to account for the unfilled time.

Effective January 1, 2022 under Section 2799B-6 of the Public Health Service Act, a ruling went into effect called the "No Surprises Act" which requires practitioners to provide a "Good Faith Estimate" about out-of-network care. I never want the cost of therapy sessions to be a surprise. I will provide all fees up front so that you can make the best decisions based on your needs and circumstances. I will collaborate with you on length of treatment, overall care and costs associated with those specific services.
