Sometimes, the traditional weekly therapy model just doesn’t fit the pace or needs of your relationship—and that’s okay. That’s why I offer intensive couples therapy designed to provide focused, meaningful healing in a way that works best for you. This is a "make it or break it" process to uncover how your relationship arrived here, explore options for moving forward, and create a mutual agreement on the path ahead.
You have two flexible options:
1-Day Intensive:
A powerful, 6-hour deep dive into your relationship’s core challenges and strengths. Together, we’ll explore your unique story, identify patterns, and build practical tools—all in one focused day. This is perfect if you want to prioritize a big breakthrough without spreading it out over multiple sessions or years.
2-Day Intensive:
If you prefer to pace things out, we can split the work over two days, each with 3 hours of dedicated therapy. This option allows time to process in between sessions and dive deeply into individual and shared experiences, skill-building, and future planning.
