Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)
Reconnect with your inner healer. Reset your nervous system.KAP blends the power of medicine with the safety and depth of therapy. It’s a supportive, research-backed process that opens access to parts of the mind, body, and spirit that can be difficult to reach through talk therapy alone.
If you’ve been feeling stuck, burned out, disconnected, or like you’ve “tried everything,”
KAP offers a different path forward.
I partner with licensed medical clinics and prescribers to ensure the safest, most aligned care. You’ll receive medical clearance and dosing oversight from the clinic, while I hold the therapeutic space before, during, and after each ketamine journey.
This isn’t about fixing you. it’s about helping you reconnect with the parts of you that already know how to heal.
Studies shows that 6 KAP sessions are needed to experience the compounding effect of the medicine.
This creates the lasting therapeutic benefits and reset the nervous system.
KAP Can Support:
-
Suicidal thoughts (must be medically stable and cleared)
-
Depression, anxiety, PTSD, and trauma
-
Postpartum depression or identity transitions
-
High-functioning autism and ADHD
-
Chronic burnout, overwhelm, or emotional numbness
-
Nervous system dysregulation
-
Existential or spiritual distress
-
Feeling stuck in long-term therapy or repeating old patterns

Virtual Integration Model: After receiving ketamine in-clinic, we meet virtually 1–2 hours later for therapeutic integration
(this may be billable to insurance).
