Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

Reconnect with your inner healer and reset your nervous system. KAP combines the power of medicine with the depth and safety of therapy, opening access to parts of the mind, body, and spirit that talk therapy alone can’t always reach.

If you’ve been feeling stuck, burned out, disconnected, or like you’ve “tried everything,”
KAP offers a new path forward.

This isn’t about fixing, it is about helping you reconnect with the parts of you that already know how to heal.

I’m trained in Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy through Resilience KAP in Tucson, and I partner with licensed medical clinics to ensure safe, aligned care. You’ll receive medical clearance and dosing oversight from the clinic, while I hold the therapeutic space before, during, and after each ketamine journey.

Recent research shows that 6 KAP sessions within a 4 week period are needed to experience the compounding effect of the medicine. This creates the lasting therapeutic benefits and reset the nervous system.

Administration Options:

  • In-Clinic Sessions: Receive ketamine from a medical provider, accompanied by a therapist throughout the full session.

  • Virtual Integration: After in-clinic dosing, meet virtually for 1–2 hours for therapeutic integration (may be billable to insurance).

  • Prescribed At-Home Use: A licensed provider prescribes ketamine lozenges for home use.

Please note: Insurance does not cover KAP medicine sessions.
